1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from Curisland. Once confirmed, your participation is considered reserved for the selected date and experience.

2. Participant Responsibilities

Guests agree to provide accurate information, follow the guidance of their local guide, and respect the natural and cultural environment of Curaçao. Participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

3. Safety and Conduct

Curisland experiences take place primarily in natural outdoor settings. Guests must follow safety instructions at all times. Curisland is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from failure to follow safety guidance or due to unforeseen environmental conditions.

4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes

Refund and cancellation conditions are described in detail in the briefing provided upon booking.

Inquiries about cancellations or modifications must be communicated directly to Curisland through email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed according to the policy outlined in your booking confirmation.

Always refer to your personal booking briefing for the most accurate and up-to-date terms.

5. Force Majeure

Curisland will not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, transportation issues, or government restrictions.

6. Insurance

Travel and personal accident insurance are not included. We strongly recommend that all guests arrange their own insurance coverage before participating. By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.

7. Privacy and Data Use

All personal data is handled in accordance with the Curisland Privacy Policy available on our website.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photography, and branding, is the intellectual property of Curisland and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
