After we craft your experience together, you’ll receive a custom invoice. Payments can be made locally through online bank transfer or Sentoo, and internationally via Credit Card, iDEAL, or PayPal.

We can arrange to pick you up directly from your hotel or apartment, or from the cruise terminal if you’re arriving by ship. We’ll confirm all the details with you in advance so that your experience begins smoothly and without stress.

If you’re unable to be here in person, we can create a live streaming experience that brings Curaçao to you. From the comfort of your home, you can still immerse yourself in the energy, the stories, and the feeling of being on the island, even from afar.

If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled experience. In this case, your payment will be refunded to your account, minus transaction and bank fees, within three days.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your experience, you’ll receive a 50% refund, minus transaction and bank fees.

If we ever have to cancel on our end, you’ll receive a full refund of the amount paid.

No, insurance is not included. We always recommend that our guests take out travel insurance for peace of mind. By booking an Experience with Curisland, you agree to participate at your own risk.
